ORDER CANCELLATION

If you contact us within 6 hours of placing your order it may be possible to cancel your order. Please call us 669-204-9379 from 8:00am – 6:00pm PST (Monday to Sunday) or email us at hudooservice@gmail.com, we will do our best to help.

RETURNS

If you happen to experience one of the following:

• Ordered the wrong item/size

• Item is defective

• Change of mind

You may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days after you received items. If more than 30 days has elapsed since the time of purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached as any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are unable to refund items which are lost during the shipment. All items will be remaining your responsibility until we receive them.

After we get your return/exchange package, Refunds will be issued to your original payment method immediately.

Customers will handle the shipment and shipping cost if you want exchange or change your mind after purchase.
